That's a pain-reliever for employees! I think eery employee have to force their boss (me) to force him (me) to block the spreading of ideas.
What I mean is that when you have a business idea too in a complex (over 100 people) organization, you can't follow every idea. Spreading is good, so you can create an idea board and start exploring your ideas.
In business, you have that FOMO of losing occasions. But a sprout is not a bloom, so you don't want to lose time following raw ideas.
