I broke my right elbow. I am upset, and I need advice.

My family walk on Saturday turned into a mess.

Saturday is the day of our family's walk in the wood.

We were right 300m far from the car on the way back when I stumbled.

Suddenly I stumbled and fell with my daughter in the pouch.

She woke up when her body hit the right elbow I used to protect her from the soil.

4 hours after, I have my good arm immobilized.

I can't drive. I can barely digit but only left hand.

I don't know how to help our two toddlers, especially the 4-month-old baby.

I can't imagine how we will manage 30 days like this. I'm thinking of some smart solutions.

Any help?
